- Supervise the operations of all the outlets (Restaurant, Pool Bar, & OTC Coffee Shop)
- Ensure all stations and knowledge of menus required for proper services are ready
- Open/close outlets according to hours of operation
- Stations set-up and breakdown; supervised side duties being done
- Must have full familiarity with menus of all the outlets
- Must have full knowledge of beverages offered
- Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws and certified T.I.P.S.
- Greets and seats guests
- Acts as server/DRA/Host as needed
- Informing guests of daily specials
- Must be able to function as cashier in any of the outlets
- Service to the guests in the restaurant, lobby, bar and room service
- Perform any other duties as assigned by restaurant manager/Director of Food & Beverage
- Must be proficient in Open Table, Synergy, ALICE, Micros and OPERA
- Must be able to handle all guests disputes
- Must be able to handle associate disputes and/or disciplinary action
- Process AP invoices for different vendors.
- Coordinate and sign up new F&B employees for serve-safe certification.
Qualifications:
- Must have significant mobility of arms and hands. Must be able to bend, squat and push, pull and lift up to 25-30 pounds. Must be able to see, hear and communicate verbally in writing.
- Individual must be a good listener, effective communicator and detail oriented.
- Individual will be expected to meet deadlines, work with little supervision and be flexible to handle interruptions.
- Individual must be literate, have extensive verbal, mathematical and writing skills.
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished, oral or diagrammatic form.
- Must have strong, positive guest and employee relation skills.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Must have Food Handlers Ceritification.
