We are a fast-paced, fee-for-service dental organization focused on comprehensive dental care. We are looking for the best and brightest who share in our passion for serving our patients and communities.
Job at a Glance:
- Full Time
- Office Location: Travels among 6 offices locations in Jacksonville & surrounding areas
- TWO Saturdays a month are required
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain productive scheduling and patient flow within the practice
- Develop and present treatment plans of various levels of complexity
- Oversee the calculation, collection and posting of patient co-payments on day of visit
- Prepare and present treatment plans with financial options to assist patients with proceeding with treatment.
- Utilize appropriate methods of patient financing
- Manage a team of about 4 individuals
- Educate and consult patient discussing treatment needs and presented treatment plans
- Follow office procedures for patient referrals
- Meet oral surgery department financial goals and KPI’s
- Work as a team to comply with OSHA and HIPPA guidelines
- Training, Development and Performance Management
Qualifications
- Passionate about patient care and delivering exception service
- Ability to multi-task and effectively solve problems
- Advanced knowledge of insurance billing and coding
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energized and ability to work in fast paced work environment
- Bring a positive attitude and foster team unity
- Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
Credentials
- 2+ years’ experience in management
- Dental AND/OR Oral Surgery Experience a MUST
