Job Title:- Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (OBRM)

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Development and Maintenance / Production Support for the Billing Platform (Oracle Billing & Revenue Management)

Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):

• Develop solutions and enhancements on the OBRM (Oracle Billing and Revenue Management) platforms for Supplier Non-Air and Subscriber in cooperation with the OBRM technical leader.
• Work on the maintenance of the BRM systems.
• Provide technical support (3rd line) in case of issues in Production.

Optional Skills (highly desired):

• Java for developing Graphical User Interfaces

Experience required:

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle BRM with configuration and customizations using both the real-time rating engine and the pipeline rating engine. Experience configuring/customizing billing, invoicing, customer management, subscription management.
• Proven 5+ years’ meaningful experience writing and modifying BRM opcodes, using BRM APIs and implementing pipeline rating (iScript/iRules).
• Strong C/C++ knowledge
• Strong SQL knowledge
• PL/SQL
• General understanding of Oracle databases
• Knowledge of shell scripting and Perl
• Experience with software versioning systems (CVS preferred)
• Ability to write technical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate technical information in a clear and succinct manner

Optional Skills (highly desired):

Java for developing Graphical User Interfaces

Person Specification:

I.e. Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.

• This role will have day to day client interactions and the position will be based out of Client Office (subject to the current Covid lock-down / restrictions).
• The person must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and succinct manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,464.47 - $140,546.48 per year
