Job Description:

• Lead, review, and coach the deployment of Lean fundamentals. Coach Belts in the execution of their projects, ensure critical improvement projects are executed and reported

Roles and responsibilities:

• Participate in performance dialogs and ensure execution to standard (includes coaching of participants), Coach belts and sponsors in L&SS Green Belt projects
• Ensure execution of site project road map and delivering of savings projects
• Ensure the TPM program for both filling lines is progressing by implementing, coaching and reviewing the execution of elements like CIL, defect identification, and center lining
• De-bottleneck and increase efficiency in the S&D down filling process
• De-bottleneck the QC (Focus on reduction of effort for urgent samples)
• Lead the analysis and congestion relief of the warehouse

Required skills:

• 5 -10 years in a dedicated Opex role in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Trained and Certified Black Belt, Solid understanding of chemical manufacturing
• Ability to coach Belts in Green Belt Project
• Maintain and coach the application of Lean fundamentals: 6S Program, Total Productive Maintenance, Performance Dialogs and Root Cause Analysis
• Excellent communicator with all hierarchy levels, ability to influence w/o authority
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Absolute integrity, strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and open, collaborative style of interaction.
• Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing, Business, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to $90.00 per hour
