Fareground Food Hall is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will partner with the General Manager and the Bar Manager to direct the flow of service and ensure guest satisfaction at our one of a kind food hall located in downtown Austin. This manager will supervise, train and schedule all floor staff, confer with chefs and event director to execute events, oversee front-of-house supplies and hard goods orders, manage labor costs, and other related activities. This position contributes to the evolution of service, position in the market, and standard of excellence in our food hall by fostering a culture in which customer satisfaction is the primary concern. The Operations Manager also works closely with the Sales and Events Manager to assist with high-quality events. We require at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager.
Fareground Food Hall is open from 11AM - 9PM daily with Ellis bar open until 12 midnight.
Fareground Food Hall is closed on major holidays.
Position requires individual to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
