We seek people who:

• Formulate and execute tactical day-to-day and hour-by-hour operating plans and adjust staffing based on volume and service level expectations
• Help product flow efficiently in a timely manner and proactively identify problems to ensure optimized work flow
• Perform operational training and cross-training events and create a culture of ownership and participation
• Maintains a safe, secure and healthy work environment, able to show year-on-year improvements in accident and injury statistics
• Support the facilities operating budget and KPIs by monitoring daily operating goals and focusing on achieving and exceeding those daily benchmarks
• Actively embraces continuous improvement with the team members, processes and environment

We seek people with these qualifications:

• 2+ years’ Distribution Center experience preferred
• 2+ years’ leadership experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Able to work in a team environment, and autonomously to perform individual tasks
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
