Operations Coordinator – Reads Moving Systems Inc.

• Maintain and update customer move spreadsheet.
• Enter local, office, and military moves into Atlas & Direct Systems. Direct is the in house moving and accounting software package that we utilize at Reads.
• Create physical file folders for each move.
• Work with the 3rdparty military providers on getting needed service approvals.
• Send move survey results to 3rdparty military providers.
• Order parking permits with 3rdparty vendor, Permit Puller.
• Order Certificates of insurance from insurance broker.
• Prepare required documentation for all relocations daily.
• Scan completed paperwork to Jacksonville, military bases, and other agents. Also scan documents into the Atlasnet portal as needed.
• Periodically check through survey rack to insure that payment has been received for services provided.
• Follow up with hauling agents to get delivery eta’s so we can insure that payment has been collected prior to delivery.
• Answer Phones
• Reception – Greet visitors, vendors, etc. and direct them accordingly.
• Make confirmation calls at the end of the day to provide customers a start time for the following day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
