In a nutshell:

As the manager’s right-hand person, you will play an essential role in the daily management, strategic planning, and efficient operations of our business. Your critical responsibilities will include coordinating activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests through room rentals and banquet packages.
You will manage finances, perform administrative tasks, and help maintain our exceptional standards.

Your profile:

• You are a passionate and dynamic individual with a love for hospitality, food, and customer service.
• You have an eye for detail and a talent for organization, you’ll be rigorous and accurate in your management and administration.
• You are results-oriented, have experience in conducting analysis, setting targets, and playing with KPIs to achieve success.
• As a committed and responsible individual, you’ll be flexible and versatile, able to work some weekends and variable hours.
• You thrive under pressure and never hesitate to go the extra mile.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• A bachelor’s degree in business or hotel management is preferred. Previous experience in the hotel and catering sector is a plus.
