The Operations Clerk III is a part of the Mailroom team within our Corporate Trust (CCT) organization. The Mailroom makes up part of the Imaging and Mail Services team and will service both internal and external customers. In this role you will manage the incoming and outgoing mail for CCT, perform research on our system of record, and use customer service skills to facilitate communications.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Operate the mail meter machine and the photocopier/scanner
  • Maintain records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information
  • Package, weigh, and process outgoing items including UPS, USPS, and Priority Mail to meet service level agreements
  • Research unidentifiable mail

What will you bring to the role?

As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a strong background in building customer relationships, and who can meet critical deadlines on moderately complex accounts. You will possess the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve client success.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Customer service focus with experience servicing customer relationships and ability to communicate and escalate issues
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement to identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadline

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $31,000 - $39,000. This base pay range is specific to St Paul, MN and may not be applicable to other locations.
