Description:
Provide support for the Utility division by assisting Consulting Utility Foresters and Database Clerks with document coordination, research, correspondence, and filing.

Duties & Responsibilities
Essential & Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review field paperwork
  • Database review and entry
  • Document control and coordination
  • Utilize industry-specific software, databases, tracking programs, internet/intranet, and e-mail.
  • Assist ACRT groups on projects as needed
  • Filing
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner
  • Maintain knowledge of client’s policies and procedures and communicate these to client’s customer base in simple, understandable terms
Equipment, environmental and safety requirements:
Physical Requirements:
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • The minimum education requirement for this position is completion and receipt of a high school diploma or high school equivalent
  • 1-2 years requisite experience in office management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficient data entry, typing, and basic computer skills
  • Items that are helpful, but not required for employment consideration
  • Additional education and/or training relating to office management
Job Desirables (Education, Requisite Experience, Training, Certifications, Licensing, etc.)
Required Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of general print, and copy machines
  • Must possess organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Desirables/Preferred:
  • Experience with handling heavy volume of phone calls
  • Ability to work in a high pace and pressure environment
  • Ability to calmly communicate with sensitive or emotional customers
