At Olivia Care we are a family run Beauty business specializing in Organic and Natural Beauty products that you may have seen at Target, TJ Maxx, Ross & Burlington Stores among others. Our expanding team located in Gardena, CA is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Operations Assistant Manager to facilitate the day to day of our office & manufacturing team.

Work will include-

Data entry for print orders & EDI transmission

Partnering with logistics carriers/companies

Optimizing supply chain & design approval processes

Collaborating with Design Production & Sales teams

Bringing a can-do attitude with an openness to learn and bring fresh ideas to the table daily!

As we are a small business, there will be one off requests to attend some fabulous Beauty trade shows & Merchant/Buyer meetings as well as managing the front desk if needed.

Working office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-530pm, due to nature of job remote work is not a possibility at this time.

Ideal candidate MUST BE bilingual- English and Spanish (French a plus!), have 2-3 years’ experience in data entry and/or logistics, proficient in Microsoft Suite, and prior production background experience a plus.
