Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment, management, training, and performance appraisal of the delivery team
• Analyze and statistic data to improve the efficiency of the delivery team and user experience
• Dealing with unexpected situations during daily operations

Requirements

• Good at innovation and manage team
• Fluent in English and Chinese, strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
• Strong executive and promotionability
• Familiar with the operation of the e-commerce platform
• Responsible and purposeful, able to suffer from pressure and challenges
