Onboarding Specialist

/ Full-Time / $14.00-$15.00 per hour

ViaQuest offers quality, highly-personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services.
Responsibilities may include:

Responsibilities may include:
- Provide recruiting support to Employment Coordinators.
- Track and complete all pre-hire documentation.
- Send welcome emails and follow up with training to make sure the training schedules are correct.
- Review tracking spreadsheets to make sure positions are accurate with the Scheduling Department.
- Communicate with candidates to request background information and send application.
- Run background checks for each position as required.
- Communicate with the HR coordinators about who will be attending new hire orientation weekly and follow up with them if items are outstanding.
- Contact the new hires 10 days after hire to follow up on their job and how their new hire process went.
Requirements for this position include:
- High school diploma is required, four-year degree is preferred.
- Experience in recruiting or HR coordination is preferred.
- Responsible, mature, flexible and possess excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills.
