Great Distribution Company in Florence, South Carolina is looking for an Office Supervisor (Distribution/Logistics Industry). This is a Direct Hire Opportunity. $67K-$68K DOE.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor for a direct hire position in Florence, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a background in the distribution or logistics industry and strong leadership skills. As the Office Supervisor, you will oversee office operations, provide administrative support, and manage a team of office staff.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support office staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Streamline administrative processes, including document management and record-keeping.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
Facilitate communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within distribution or logistics preferred.
