As an Office Manager, you would be expected to: maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, prepare payroll, control correspondence, review and approve supply requisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining an effective cash management system; including daily cash & banking
  • Approving adjustments to inventory, COS and expense accounts
  • Prepare and review reconciliations for all accounts and physical inventories
  • Maintaining and post monthly standard entries
  • Reconciling all accounts prior to month end
  • Assisting in completion of annual reviews and audits
  • Completing end-of-month accounting reports as assigned
  • Setting up and maintain accruals for expenses
  • Reviewing expense trend reports monthly
  • Posting warranty adjustments.
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Reconcile daily deposit
  • Factory parts statement reconciliation
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Process Warranty Cancellations
  • Post credit memos/invoices
  • Review contracts for all required documents
  • Additional duties as assigned, within the scope of skill and training of assigned position.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in a multi dealership office position
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Working knowledge of dealership financial statements
  • Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of most accounting office positions
  • Ability to work and perform in all areas of accounting office
  • Strong computer skills; MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Accounting Software.
  • Must be high energy and highly detailed and display honesty and integrity.
