Job Summary

Responsible for the daily oversight of assigned medical office site and personnel to include operational management and patient, provider and staff relations. Implements policies, objectives, and procedures with major focus on supporting staff and providers in improving site operations and the quality of healthcare provided to MVHS MG patients. Position reports to the Assistant Director of Operations.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for the practice.
  • Responsible for staffing/resource allocation, policy and procedure development and compliance, work flow analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Responsible for the oversight of and the coordination of the activities of all office personnel.
  • Oversight of scanning and medical records functions and staff. Ensures processes are deployed in a manner that ensures data integrity and effective retrieval of information.
  • Responsible for ensuring an open, supportive, and collaborative work environment for all MVHS MG providers and support staff.
  • Works closely with and supports MVHS MG Administration in the development and execution of the service line’s strategic and tactical plans and goals.
  • Maintains a high level of cleanliness in the office at all times.
  • Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery.

Education/Experience Requirements

Required: High school graduate; Minimum two years of management/leadership experience in medical office or healthcare related setting
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field or business administration
