Job Summary and Qualifications

Manages and coordinates daily work flow of the Denver Wound Management Center front office, which includes taking patient intakes, scheduling patients, greeting patients, families and other visitors, types and process patient reports, maintains files for patient records, patient charges, correspondence and business functions, maintains supply inventory and ordering, performs secretarial duties for program director, clinical manager and medical director as requested. Compiles reports, schedules appointments and meetings as needed. Provides high level of cooperation with staff and other departments, uses diplomacy, good judgment and discretion. Maintains confidentiality within and outside of department. Demonstrated dependability and initiative.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting, hospital or clinic experience desirable
