Job description

Pavestone LLC, manufacturer for segmental concrete products for the commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customers is seeking an Office Manager for its Lacombe, LA facility.

This position is responsible for:

  • Human Resources and Payroll Administration.
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Month-end closing procedures.
  • Assistance with inventory control.
  • Prior experience with JDEdwards and KRONOS a plus.

The Successful candidate will:

  • Have experience supervising multiple employees
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a very fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Candidate must have strong interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and be prepared to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done.
  • Be able to multi-task effectively
  • Previous experience in Human Resources a plus.
