Position Summary

Lochridge-Priest is locally owned and operated, and is the largest provider of residential and commercial heating and air-conditioning services and commercial plumbing services in Central Texas. We ve been serving Central Texas as a Lennox Dealer since 1963. With offices in Waco, Temple, and Corsicana and over 400 dedicated employees we re dedicated to serving your home, business, and industrial comfort needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not Limited to

  • Answer phones and greet visitors

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings

  • Collate and distribute mail

  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents

  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping

  • Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver s license and clean driving record

  • Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
  • Neat, professional appearance
