We are one of the Bay Area's premier Business Management firms located in San Rafael. We have a focus in working with some of the biggest entertainers, artists, actors, musicians and sports figures across the bay area. We manage the financials of High-net worth individuals and are looking to bring on a new Office Manager to run our entire office. What You Will Be Doing
- Payroll and 401k plan
- Human Resources
- Onboarding and New Hire intake
- Staff Changes, employee management
- Process daily reports from Vendor and Client information
- Oversight of Administrative staff
- Process internal Billing and Reports
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years exp in an Office Manager role
- BS degree in related field
- Excel
- Payroll
- Human Resources
