Office Manager Position

Casa Loma Estates is a 55 and over Mobile Home and RV community seeking an Office Manager.

Position Is 4 hours daily Monday-Friday. Salary $16-18/hour based on experience.

Required: High school graduate or equivalent; must pass background check; proficient in QuickBooks

(Accounts payable and Receivable)and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher) and computer/internet use; three or more years of office manager experience. Applicant must be highly organized and able to work independently; be able to prioritize and meet deadlines; have attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality; being a notary public is preferred. Office manager will report to the Board of Directors, specifically the Board President or their designee.

Job will involve (this is not intended to be all inclusive)

  • Customer service-responds in a timely manner to requests of residents and guests; treating residents and guests in a respectful manner; taking complaints and responding appropriately
  • Creating and distributing monthly statements and processing payments; making daily deposit; entering invoices and processing payment; entering purchase receipts
  • Developing a monthly Calendar of Events and a monthly newsletter for distribution with monthly statements
  • Preparing and distributing Board of Directors packet prior to monthly meeting; posting agenda prior to the board meeting
  • Maintaining an up-to-date listing of all residents and shareholders; maintaining an up-to-date listing of available RV sites and a waiting list of potential renters
  • Answering emails and voicemails in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Monitor level of supplies and order as needed
  • Process leases to include new and renewals
  • Be the liaison for the company with the Property Manager and Financial Manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
