Midtown Home Improvements is searching for a Office Co-ordinator/Bookeeper to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the reception area to ensure communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image
· Manage and organize office operations and procedures, such as word processing, bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services
· Customer Service- greet walk-ins, answer phone calls, and emails
· Job/ Project Coordination including ordering materials, scheduling, and customer contact
· Maintain various daily and weekly reports
· Various projects as needed
Our Ideal candidate will have
· Extremely computer literate: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc)
-Familiarity with Quickbooks
· Confident when speaking with customers: phone, email, and walk ins
· Incredibly detail-oriented and organized
· Hunger for professional and personal growth
