We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The primary role of this position is to assist the sales team with daily orders and follow-ups. Applicants with two+ years of experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders, returns, miss-shipments, & damage claims
  • Maintain proper record keeping and filing system
  • Perform data entry and customer service
  • Compose and type routine e-mail correspondence
  • Prepare samples and properly label each product
  • Product setup with distributors
  • Product knowledge and specifications
  • Assist other department members as necessary
  • Maintain customer lists and business relations
  • Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of experience in an administrative assistant role
  • Detail-oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Tech and software savvy
  • self-motivated and self-managing
  • Bilingual (Preferred: Mandarin)

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation to work in order to meet attendance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (sorting/filtering spreadsheets), Google Suite
  • Valid US Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
