Growing family owned HVAC and Plumbing contractor in Dallas, Texas is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position Dispatcher. Must be committed to providing world class customer service. Strong multitasking skill and friendly phone voice with a positive attitude. Level and calm head under pressure with customers and technicians. Great fun loving attitude that knows how to have fun and get the job done with a smile.
The Dispatcher is to receive and make calls, schedule customer appointments, schedule recurring appointments, apply and collect payments.
We are searching for candidates that are well spoken, detail oriented, and have an outgoing personality.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
