Store Office Overview - Full Time or Part Time

An Office Clerk – Store Level is primarily employed to assist store management in the monitoring of merchandise, cash receipts and other clerical documentation that is processed at the store level.

Store Office Job Duties:

• Operate a computer terminal, cash register and process required paperwork from a standing and/or seated position.
• Perform intermediate calculations (i.e. copying, addition, counting, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions, decimals and percentages)
• Read and understand product labels, written policies and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.
• Explain simple directions and copy data from one form to another.
• Clean up (sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, etc.) areas within the store as needed.
• Adhere to established store security procedures regarding receipt of funds, returned merchandise, etc.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks with simple instructions.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties assigned by store management.
