We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Dispatcher/Office Assistant. A qualified candidate must have the ability to multitask, be highly organized and work in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, dependable, hard-working, customer service driven and team-orientated.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Answers phones, inputs customer information, dispatches calls to plumbing technicians and communicates with customers to determine their needs.

· Schedules and notifies service technicians of daily assignments.

· Manage on-call schedule and communicates with technicians.

· Carrying out administrative duties; responding to emails, paperwork, invoicing, collecting credit card payments, scanning, filing, etc.

· Organize files.

· Ability to handle confidential information.

· Marketing: Assist with company social media presence.

· Follow organizational procedures and processes.

· Other assigned duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

· M-F with a start time of 7:30am.

· Requires a high school diploma. Additional education a plus.

· 1+ years’ proven Office Administrative experience.

· Professional and courteous telephone manner.

· Extremely organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

· Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written.

· Proficient with computers: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.

· Team player with the ability to work well with others.

· Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritization under pressure.

· Proficient typing skills.
