We are looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
  • Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
  • Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets/Docs/Chrome
  • Highly proficient with computer skills
  • flexible and adaptable to learning new technologies

You need strong organizing skills as you will be in charge of keeping our supplies replenished and organized as well as making kits for new employees.

This is a desk job both answering phones and working on our scheduling/communication systems like Slack, Dialpad and Maid Central

Soft Sales

  • Make "Soft Sales" over the phone and computer with high-level customer service and tact
  • Have 100% discretion to allow re-cleans, discounts, refunds
  • Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental coordination efforts.

Customer/Employee Service:

  • Provide daily comprehensive support for sales, including creating and managing proposals.
  • Engage with field technicians daily to answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer advice and solutions amidst difficult solutions.
  • Coach, Correct, and Lift Up employees when needed to ensure high-quality work, morale, and positive company culture
  • Organize and coordinate special occasions holiday incentives for employees.
  • Process requests for additional supplies and tracking inventory
  • Make recommendations to Office Manager for key decisions
  • Ultimately take charge of interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees into our family
