What is Nuuly Analytics:
The analytics team leads strategic initiatives across the business, helping bring data-driven insights to other functions, including buying/planning, logistics, finance, customer service, marketing, user experience, and data science.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Support strategy and analytics across the business, with a focus on the following functional units: logistics, buying/planning, merchandising, finance, and customer success
  • Develop ad hoc reports, visualizations, and analyses for stakeholders
  • Analyze & report on warehouse operations, including throughput & efficiency metrics
  • Understand and interrogate data via Google BigQuery (SQL). Visualize data via Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) and Looker.
  • Provide thorough QA and verification of accurate analyses

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, or 1-3 years hands-on experience in a quantitative role. Retail analytics experience preferred.
  • Hands-on, professional experience with SQL is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with basic statistical concepts
  • Must be detail-oriented
