We are one of Massachusetts' Leading Health Systems inside of Long-term/Short-term care and we are seeking an experienced facility leader to oversee the private residency section of our West Yarmouth facility.

THIS ROLE DOES NOT REQUIRE AN ADMINISTRATOR LICENSE

This role oversees approximately 85 residents and 65 full-time healthcare employees.

  • Responsible for administration and management of the private Living areas, including the health, safety, and well being of the residents, implementation of policies ,and compliance with PC/AL regulations.
  • Participates in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
  • Responsible for interviewing new staff and scheduling staff persons in accordance with state regulations.
  • Maintain staffing levels in accordance with approved budget.
  • Have knowledge of all Assisted Living and Personal Care rules and regulations and ability to comply with them.
  • Ability to provide personal care services or to supervise or direct the work to provide personal care services.

Experience

  • Operations and leadership experience inside of Assisted living, Skilled Nursing, or Geritaric facilities.
  • Understanding of state guidelines, survey prep, and management
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experienced leading a team of 35 plus CNA's, RN's and facility staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
