Folkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. Offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus Employer paid Medical!
Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of a facility. Plans, develops, directs, monitors and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.
Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
- Georgia Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License
- 3 plus years experience
- Should have overall operations knowledge
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Should be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided
- Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff
- Solid work history within the healthcare community
- Must meet all local health regulations. This requirement also includes criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
