These positions are going to fill up fast! We are offering Multiple positions to choose from on either day or swing shift at our beautiful Washington Veterans Home, here in scenic Port Orchard, Washington!

Here is just some of what you’ll have the opportunity to do in this position:

• Assisting residents with positioning, transferring and ambulation; ensuring a safe and secure work environment, including preventative infection control methods.
• Responding to call lights, internal and external emergencies, and facility codes.
• Recording care, vital signs and observations.
• Assisting residents with personal clothing, belongings and equipment; bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, etc.
• Assisting with therapies and treatment under the direction of licensed personnel; motion exercises as needed.
• Accurately obtaining, recording vital signs and other resident data; documenting intake/output records.

All that is required is a Current and valid Washington State License to practice as a Nursing Assistant Certified, and current active status on OBRA!
