How You Will Make An Impact
- Provide nursing care to patients within the scope of the resident care aide responsibilities under the direction of a licensed nurse.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) such as bathing, grooming, oral care, etc.
- Ensure all call lights are responded to promptly.
- Reports on changes of conditions to charge nurse as identified.
- Assures residents are ready and appropriate for meal times and may assist with feeding.
- Completes all required notes and documentation in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Skills You Will Need
- Empathy and the capacity to care for the resident’s social, emotional, physical, and mental concerns.
- A team player who is adaptable to modifications in the day-to-day operations to meet the needs of the facility.
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Required.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to Pass Criminal Background Check.
