To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

At a minimum, an Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) with an applicable state license, an active license and DEA#. Minimum of one-year of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a SNF-ist Nurse Practitioner, your work will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care they have grown to expect. You will act as the Skilled Nursing Facility’s leading provider of internal medicine services. You will collaborate with the facility’s clinical team and physicians and oversee the care of all the facility’s residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
