Title: RN Manager
Join our Dynamic Team as a Nurse Manager and Lead Our Compassionate Care Delivery!
Prestigious, non-profit 197 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in lower Westchester seeks an experienced RN Manager to work collaboratively with the DNS and ADNS. The organization places a strong emphasis and allocates significant resources toward cleanliness and infection control practices in addition to fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies.
Nurse Managers are entrusted with the responsibility of caring for our residents, families, co-workers, visitors and all others; as well as demonstrating in all interactions. The primary purpose of your position is for managing the staffing needs and providing supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care and ensure quality resident care to short term and long term residents. Directing the day to day nursing activities.
Such supervision is in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility.
Valid New York State Registered Nurse License, proficient with MDS, and care planning, leadership skills. One-year experience in long term care and excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.

Job Type:
- Day Shift, Full time: 8am 4pm
- Evening Shift, Full time: 4pm - 12am
- Night Shift, Full Time: 12am 8am
Compensation/Benefits:
Annual salary rage: $106,000-$122,000
