The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg, a skilled nursing and independent living community, is actively seeking candidates for Nurse Assistant/CNA positions. This is a non-supervisory position that provides residents with quality routine daily nursing care.

The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg is offering a $2,000 sign-on/retention bonus for full and part time CNAs. Available positions may change throughout the course of the promotion. Occasional, or casual, positions do not qualify. Bonuses will be paid in increments over a specified period of time.

Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to the residents and supervises the day to day operations of nurse assistants.
• Reports all accidents/incidents and changes in a resident’s condition observed on shift.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Aide in PA or eligibility pending.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 lbs.
