Initiate and develop your Nursing career! We are seeking qualified candidates to be fully sponsored to complete a CNA school and get hired by Mission Carmichael after graduation. The sponsor will cover the costs of school tuition, books, uniform, certification exam and associated costs.
To Qualify:
- Commit full-time employment at Mission Carmichael as a CNA for at least 12 months.
- High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age, eligible to work in USA.
- Must commit to complete CNA school, graduate and obtain CNA license.
- Must be eligible for rehire-if previously employed.
- Must pass background check.
After Graduation:
- After graduating the CNA school, candidates will be eligible to be hired by Mission Carmichael as a Nursing Assistant (NA), then candidates must pass the CNA Certification Exam in order to be promoted to CNA.
- At Mission Carmichael, Nursing Assistants (NA) are subjected to similar Orientation, job requirements, trainings and skills checks as CNA’s.
Pay Rates:
- NA: $18 to $19 an hour depending on experience
- CNA: $19 to $23 an hour depending on experience

What is expected of NA’s and CNA’s at Mission Carmichael:
As a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), The primary purpose of your position is to provide each of your assigned guests with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each guest’s assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor, such as assisting residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with taking and recording resident’s vital signs, collaborate with your team and assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment. All staff members are expected to treat everyone with dignity, respect and compassion.
