Job description
Under the general supervision and direction of the Physician, Office Manager, or designee, conduct hospital rounds as directed by individually assigned Physician. Perform initial histories, physicals, consultations and follow-up care visits which may require laboratory testing, radiology testing, and/or immunizations. Formulate diagnoses based on clinical assessments and establish appropriate/ timely treatment plans.Not applicable.Physician Assistant: Bachelors Degree in a related field is required. Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Physician Assistant program is required. Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Physician Assistant is required. Nurse Practitioner: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing is required. Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Current Massachusetts R.N. registration is required. Nurse Practitioner Certificate/Physician Assistant Certificate is required. Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift,w/e, holiday rotation;eve/night rotation as needed, 8a-7p or 7p - 7a
