What you can expect:

Chubb's Co-op program is designed to provide you with exposure to all major business segments through rotational assignments. During these assignments, you will work on gathering and reviewing account information, assisting underwriters with risk reports and prospects and learning how to use Chubb's Underwriting systems for research and data input. Additionally, you will attend marketing and underwriting meetings and have a variety of experiences from week to week. Overall, as part of this program you will experience:

Challenging assignments and the opportunity to contribute to the results of a team

Collaborative learning and group assignments to help gain broader organizational understanding;

Technical training to develop your skill level and an understanding of our industry;

Interpersonal effectiveness skill development to help you enhance communication and interactive skills;

Mentoring support to help navigate through professional situations
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications

Strong GPA; 3.0 or higher preferred

Prior work experience (including summer or part time roles) or internships preferred

Technically adept/digitally savvy

Strong communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Math aptitude

Proficient with Excel and Word
