About us
Edgewater Condominiums is a 312 unit Condominium Comple in Deltona, FL. We have an open overnight, weekend shift available. 30 hours per week Fri, Sat, Sun 4:30pm-2:30am. Must be able to work independently and outdoors. Main focus of job is to patrol property checking for valid parking passes.

We are looking for a Parking Enforcement Officer to help enforce our parking regulations. The Parking Enforcement Officer will be responsible for checking parked vehicles and writing tickets to those who are not adhering to the parking regulations. Candidates must have good customer service skills, work well independently and be available to work during weeknights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor traffic behavior to enforce traffic codes and ordinances.
- Respond to complaints about vehicles parked illegally.
- Write citations for violations such as parking wihtout a valid pass, parking in a no-parking zone, or parking on the grass.
- Take photos of vehicles that violate parking laws and issue tickets.
- Issue parking passes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
