Job description

This is a part-time position (1-2 shifts/week) and opens the door to discounts at 7,000+ Hilton hotels worldwide. Shifts run overnight from 11pm - 7am so there is little impact on your day-to-day if looking for a little extra spending money at the end of the week. Weekends and holidays may be required but time-off requests are often accommodated. Timeliness and reliability are crucial for this role. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing of the Night Accounting and general hotel operations
• Handle duties according to hotel policies, procedures, rules and standards
• Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and procedures
• Have knowledge about room rates, packages, discounts and promotions
• Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities and services
• Follow all cash handling and banking procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness of the front desk and back-office area at all times
• Assist all guests in problems and questions as required
• Have knowledge about all emergency procedures
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time or for an entire work shift
• Reach overhead, grasp, push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis
