We are a very unique hotel & inn hospitality group based in South Florida. We currently operate 3 boutique properties, and have plans to expand. There is unlimited potential for advancement within our front office.

We are looking to expand the leadership team and hire a Channel Manager/Night Auditor. The right hospitality minded person for the position will have a background in Hotels, Motels, or property management - as well experience working with 3rd party travel networks (Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, etc) online.

Your roles will include helping the GM and the owners of the property successfully audit and manage the flows of reservations and income from these 3rd party channels, and help the leadership team with the weekly Audit of revenue.

Additional Night Audit/Manager responsibilities include running promotions for reservations, tracking performance against competitor hotels, adjusting nightly rates to maintain occupancy, and reconciling cancelled/no show reservations.

You will be on Property throughout your shift, and so will be the Active Manager on Duty during those hours. You will assist with the Check in Process, and help to navigate any issues that arise on site.

Hours will vary between 6pm - 2am, or overnight 11pm - 7am. Full time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
