As one of the largest independent parts distributors in the nation, Benicia, CA based 1-800-RADIATOR & A/C sells millions of automotive parts every year through more than 200 locations in the U.S and Canada. 1-800-RADIATOR & A/C has North America’s largest inventory of radiators, condensers, air conditioning parts, fan assemblies, fuel pumps, catalytic converters, and related parts.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with exceptional verbal communications and presentation skills. The key to their success will be qualities, strength, and experience in the following areas:

· Comfortable speaking and presenting to small groups.

· Ability to think quickly and navigate unforeseen challenges.

· Self-directed and able to follow through on initiatives.

· Acute attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

· Collaboration skills and capability of working in team environment.

· Self-starter, seeking improved methods and sharing same.

· Persuasive, Adaptable, Resilient, Motivated, and Goal Oriented.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

· Develop and conduct trainings.

· Establish and realizes sales visions at 1-800 Radiator and A/C, putting up performance measures, talent strategies, and customer relationship management processes in place.

· Give sales presentations on our company to new prospective clients both virtually and in-person as part of our sales process

· Optimize and launch new franchise locations on new product offerings to enable the capture of new market share within existing markets.

· Interface with business owners regarding new product information, operations, selling strategies, etc.

· Utilize data to determine recommendation for business owners to drive new product development.

· Work with others to gather and process information from multiple departments.

· Work directly with Director level staff in project development.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years experience managing a sales team

· 3+ years experience in customer success, account management, or similar function

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Public speaking experience.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

· Self-directed and able to prioritize based on business needs.

· Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.

· Communications, Marketing or Business Related Degree (4-year) from an accredited University.
