Job Summary: Responsible for managing and executing frozen sales direct to national foodservice chain operators. Focus on a targeted list of the top 200 national chains and new concepts while maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.

Education & Experience

* Three to five (3-5) years foodservice sales experience.

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

* Undergraduate degree preferred.

* Capable to present detailed business reviews supported with analytics.

* Ability to work independently with strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.

* Strong desire to succeed with a high sense of urgency.

* Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and negotiation skills.

* Ability to identify opportunities, set goals, and execute plans to succeed.

* Position Responsibilities / Objectives

* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy with sales targets for the national foodservice market segment with the purpose of penetrating and growing the top 200 foodservice chains.

* Generate and qualify leads for the national foodservice segment.

* Collaborate and coordinate development of custom breads and new product samples based on customer and/or internal requests with Executive Chefs and culinary teams.

* Lead initiatives for new product development and manage national rollouts of new products.

* Coordinate on-site facility visitations for customers, and effectively present product capabilities.

* Ongoing hands-on account management with the assistance of the National Customer Service team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

* Provide assistance for product inquiries, ongoing Quality Assurance support, and pricing reviews.

* Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all Turano products and programs, and a complete awareness and understanding of competition specific to pricing, products, market trends, etc.

* Accurately report sales activity and forecasting to sales management.

* Proactively provide information and regular feedback internally on successes, challenges, opportunities, and competitive initiatives.

* Establish and maintain strong business relationships with influencers and decision-makers within the national foodservice segment.

*Participate in food events and food shows throughout the year.

* Employees must be working at all times and assist where help is needed.

* Employees are not to leave their workstation un-attended, unless approved by a supervisor
