At Vision Scapes, we are looking for a full-time team member to join our leading lawn and landscape crew for this coming 2022 season. We have an incredible customer base of loyal customers who have become our friends over the years. We are looking to add you to that team to help keep our community looking its best. We take pride in our work and equip our crew with up-to-date and modern equipment to help make your job easy and enjoyable.
A few primary tasks for this role include but are not limited to:
- Perform basic groundskeeping services
- Mow with commercial mowers, walk behinds, and zero turn mowers
- First time? No worries, we can have you trained and confident on our equipment in about a week!
- Operate power tools such as trimmer, weed whip, edger and blower.
- Rake, mulch and prune landscape beds and lawns, as needed.
- Work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Shovel, plow and remove snow.
Prior mowing experience is not required. A desire to work outside and show up with a positive attitude is! Attention to details and pride in your work are important to us as we like to treat each lawn as if it was a personal friend’s or relative you are taking care of.
Starting wages range from $14 - $18 per hour (depending on experience).:

- Medical, Dental and Vision available after 30 days
- IRA matching up to 3% available after you have earned $5000.00.
- PTO days given after 30 and 90 days resetting January 1 annually
- Holiday pay after 90 days
- Year round work available
