- Engages in sales and marketing activities away from the designated work location to originate new mortgage loans and sell other mortgage products. (These sales and marketing activities may include but are not limited to attending open houses, participating in events targeting real estate brokers and agents, attending closings, and participating in other related business and community activities for the purpose of originating new mortgage loans.)
- Services a variety of residential mortgage loans which are generated by the outside employee’s sales and marketing activities
- Interviews loan applicants sourced through sales and marketing activities to collect financial data and documents and to make recommendations regarding the loan products that best meet the borrower's needs.
- Assists buyers sourced through sales and marketing activities in the purchase process through closing.
- Complies with regulatory, secondary market and bank policies and guidelines.
- Performs all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
1. High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
