We are currently seeking Mobile Sales & Service Technicians to join a well-established company for field service operations in Nashville, TN!
If you are familiar with working in the field on mobile equipment, and are willing to travel, this may be the opportunity for you! Technicians will be tasked with mobile repairs at customer locations - in a wide variety of commercial and industrial environments.
Most Auto Technicians, Diesel Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Millwrights, and other applicants with mechanical experience are very successful in this role!
Job Requirements:
- Technicians with 1 year of experience working mobile on industrial equipment.
- Technicians with 1 year of sales experience (preferred, not required).
- Technicians who are willing to travel, and perform field service operations.
- Technicians who are comfortable with selling industry related products (preferred, not required).
- Customer service oriented technicians, who can interact positively with customers.
- Technicians with the ability to remove, build, and install hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies on site, at customer locations.
- Technicians with the ability to assess, inspect, and troubleshoot faulty machinery.
- Technicians with the ability to utilize hand and power tools.
- Technicians with a valid drivers license, and an insurable driving record.
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $70,000/year in your first year. Salary + Commission (hourly billing + product sale %).
- A lucrative after hours service call pay structure (time and half hourly + 50% commission on billing)!
- Technicians can expect an average of $60-$80+/hour during after hours calls!
- Benefits include Health, Vision, Dental, Life insurance, 401K Contributions, and more!
- Benefits are available following 60 days of employment, 401k plan is available following 90 days of employment.
- Day Shift, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday).
- Some projects are 12-hour shifts, and include weekends (additional compensation for after hours work is provided).

Any Mechanic or Technician with hydraulic and/or industrial repair experience is sought after!
