La Villa Hermosa of Corpus Christi is mobile home community park seeking a passionate, outgoing, and client-focused sales professional to join our growing team. Our team is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and we are looking for the right people to help us succeed. Spanish language required!


Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred
  • General understanding of the retail environment
  • Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing
  • Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the Spanish language
  • Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms
  • Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons
  • Ability to move and lift furniture, promotional items, etc. (up to 75 lbs.)
  • Subject to criminal background check and drug screening


Responsibilities:

  • Present new mobile homes for sale
  • Meeting sales and marketing goals
  • Understanding the loan process and credit analysis
  • Ability to work weekends, may have some evenings & some holidays
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business
  • Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Presenting new products to customers.
  • Communicating with customer service staff via telephone and email.
  • Managing sales staff members.
  • Managing customer contracts.
  • Setting customer expectations.
  • Creating customer satisfaction plans.

  • Monday to Friday 9:00-6:00 PM
  • Saturday 9:00- 3:00 PM
