Office

• Rent Collection I Rent Increase I Deposits/ Accounting
• Prepare legal notice for non-payment of rent and resident notices of non-compliance
• Utility and resident billing management
• Reviewing and approving invoices
• Park-owned rental unit management
• Process rental applications and rental documents for lease signings
• Maintain high standards of resident service and relations

Grounds

• Janitorial and groundskeeping
• Light plumbing and electrical
• Conduct rounds and Park inspections to ensure common areas are kept clean and well maintained
• Conduct Park lot inspections and send proper notices for rule compliance on property
• Schedule and oversee third-party maintenance related to service contractors on the property

Skills Qualifications

• Must be computer literate/Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-mail – Outlook
• Must be able to use ManageAmerica
• Must be able to live on-site
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check & pre-employment screening
• Must have the physical capacity to walk briskly, read utility meters, and conduct visual inspections
• Must have strong English speaking and writing skills; bilingual in Vietnamese a plus.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have good time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour
