WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

This position is responsible for optimally running the crusher plant and operating mobile equipment. The crusher plant operations consist of equipment operations, communication with the mill and quarry team, performing routine maintenance (repairing/replacing belts, conveyors, idlers, screens, guards and skirts), troubleshooting daily process challenges, and always maintaining acceptable housekeeping standards. Mobile equipment operation includes pit truck, loader, skid steer, snowplow, etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma/GED, preferred.
• Track record of safe work performance.
• Previous industrial experience, preferred.
• Mechanically aptitude.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of an industrial environment including lifting, walking, climbing stairs, frequently lifting 55lbs and standing on concrete floors, etc.
• Mathematical ability to read, calculate weight, check, count, and verify numbers.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions.
• Can read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

This position is scheduled to work 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week and may include overtime and weekend hours.
