Position Summary:

Bituminous Roadways, Inc. (BR) is a growing, award-winning, and established union highway/heavy contractor looking for Milling Ground Operators to join our team.

Our main office is located in Mendota Heights, MN. BR also has plant locations in Inver Grove Heights, Shakopee, Columbus, and Minneapolis.

Key Responsibilities:

Reasonable accommodations made be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Operation of Wirtgen Mill Machines
• Daily monitoring of production and communication with Milling Foreman
• Equipment sustainability while maintaining daily production requirements
• Equipment maintenance and reporting to in-house mechanic staff

Preferred Experience/Education:

• Milling machine experience (Wirtgen)
• Ground Controls
• Valid Driver License
• High school degree / GED equivalent
